“Export your Mac contacts to Gmail”

gMailContacts uploads your E-Mail addresses from Mac OS X Address Book to any Gmail account. In addition the registered version also collects the phone numbers and postal addresses and makes them available in your Gmail contacts.

Limitations:

Does only upload the primary E-Mail address of your contacts.
